I think so, have seen the option to buy one(although I didn't have enough) and seen locked houses, could imagine one of them is potentially yours.

I think you can buy one in New Garand - once your reputation is 30 (in Varsilia) and you have 25000 gold go to King's Castle in New Garand and speak with the person staying inside.

You can buy houses at New Garand and Nivarian. Houses provide free rest and item storage. Your companions will wait for you at houses instead of their original waiting places. House at Nivarian is more expensive than that of New Garand(40,000 golds compared yo 25,000) and require 40 reputation at Ilmara, but it also provides access to town hall vaults.

You can buy both houses, and companions have some strange properties, like being in multiple locations simultaneously. So, you can find them in both houses.
