We’re currently working on this issue and are trying our best to ban all cheaters in our game.
We need a proof because if we ban everyone that gets reported it would be unfair for just really good players that are getting reported.
We only ban someone with proof or when a certain person receives multiple reports for a certain reason.

I agree, bad PR to tell your customers "record the gameplay if you want them banned" as a lot of people can't run recording software on their computers. I'm honestly contemplating talking with a few people in regards to what can be done to remedy this game's current "situation". I can name at least 3 different laws that are/were being broken.

Why dont you make a script to those who get reported then a video clip of him what he is doing? So that for you to see that he is a real cheater not a pro gamer.

All they say is "oh we are working on this issue" every time with every problem... its always the same answer like they dont know any other words... They make ALOT of money but invest 0$ in good servers and taking down hackers..
