Hi Survivors! After the launch of ROS on Steam, we have recieved many feedback and bug reports. For giving quick feedback for your questions and fixing it ASAP, we open this channel to collect your problem, especially problems of lag and login.

* In-game customer service is also an effective feedback way. When you encounter a problem in game, you can directly feedback via the feedback button found on the game's main login screen. Our support staff will check this problem base on your account.

However, when you can't login or exprience serious lag of the game. Please follow this guide to tell us your problems and we will quick check it and get back to you.

【Bugs&Advice】: Describe your problem clearly.
【Username/ID】: Provide your In-game username or ID.
【Region】: Where are you when login?
【Screenshot】: Provide the screenshot of the problem.
【PC Configuration】: Be detailed as you can.

I can't log in since last update last November 28. I'm stuck in "logging in" lobby but not making any progress. I'm playing in a public intershop with excellent internet connection. But some of my friends still can log in in the same shop. Plese help!

ok i've fine the solution, go to Library, right-click on ROS, go to Properties, go to Local FIles, then click on Browse Local Files, then delete all the files in the folder. Then install back ROS like usual and their updates.
The problem starts when some of the local files may lost during pc lagging / etc. So u must download all the files back in the update.
Uninstall ROS cannot solve the problems because the remaining files still contain in the pc.

Hope it may solve our problem. ^^

【Bugs&Advice】: When i started download the rules of survival game then i opened it then i updated is or Downlaod Update then after the update i clicked "ok" to restart the game after restarting the game crash or "Ros.exe is not responding".
