always force close because runtime error (SOLVED, I think)

windows title when got force close is microsoft visual C++ runtime library.
and it says ros.exe has requested to terminate. I alwasy got this problem when I play in steam server. never got this problem when play on pc version.
spec pc : i5-7200U, NVIDIA 940MX
internet condition : 20mbps, ping 150-300ms
server : steam
please help, it bothered my team.

I have try to re instal all my MVC++ and wont work

Stuffs You can Try. After Doing Any of The Steps, Restart Your Computer/Laptop and Relaunch The Game.

1. Try Updating your Display Drivers
2. Reinstall/Redownload Your Visual C++
3. Verify Rules of Survival's Game cache via Steam
4. Repair Rules of Survival using the Built-In In-Game Repair Tool

(If Everything Failed, it must be an issue with the Software [ROS])

5. Reinstall Rules of Survival

i've try from the video on the last link. I configure the RAM alocation on 3072. I think it work. i've try for 2 match.
my RAM is 4GB. microsoft says you can alocation for RAM 4 GB is 3GB for app and 1GB for system.
