STUCK ON NETEASE GAMES LOGO

I just downloaded the game on steam version but i cant play it since im stuck in netease logo from the start and its taking forever, I’ve already close and run it again and even wait for 1hr and I still get the same result.

(tried to uninstall the steam and the game and download it again, still the same)

I cant run as admin directly in ROS but I've tried to run the steam as admin but its still the same

To run ROS as Administrator, follow these steps:
- Go to your steam library.
- Find Rules Of Survival in the list
- Right-click on it, and choose Create Shortcut.
- Now, you can run the shortcut as administrator, from your desktop.

I already have that shortcut in my desktop, there is no run as admin, i try to delete the shortcut and create another one, its still the same

Okay. Please do the following:

1. Restart your computer and launch Steam.

2. From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.

3. Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files... button.

4. Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.

already done, I've updated my amd driver to the latest one, go to the file of ros and run as admin and still the same, man im hopeless hahaha
