The Bonfire: Forsaken Lands

The Bonfire: Forsaken Lands

Keyboard Controls?
Does anyone know what the keyboard controls are since they aren't written anywhere? Neither are all the controller ones for that matter, so I started working the farm and getting killed by a wolf the first night. Beyond aggrevating that I have to post something to learn the controls of the game. If this game is on mobile devices, why can't I use the mouse to click on menu options? Some really poor design choices here. (or lazy, one of the two...)
Also not using an XBox controller, so thanks for the xbox only diagram and limited button indicators. I have seen indie games use a scheme so that no matter what controller you use (or keyboard), the tool tips auto update with whatever you've chosen for keybindings or control scheme.I'll wait until I've played through completely to write a review of this game, but so far I'm seeing a lot of lazy in what is supposed to be a completed game. (Plus, Win/Mac/iOS support but no android?)

I suppose keyboard should be supported, I have no controller and can't play atm, weird when it doesn't says in the steam shop "only controller"....

We just pushed a new update. You can now turn off your controller from menu setting and you should be able to use the mouse.
that's a great news! Thx!

I had trouble yesterday with using Keyboard and mouse. Main reason I got this version of the game is that Bonfire 2 is coming. Today I tried again, and found that left clicking with the mouse on the white triangles on the sides lets you drag the screen left and right. Can't say my bonfire lasted much longer today, but I did get a chance see what I was doing. If you are playing keyboard mouse you need to avoid turning on the controller.
Otherwise, click on the headings which are shown, mainly Actions. Also you need quite a few guards. They do heal, but not sure they heal fast enough. I got Iron Mine, Forge and Pasture, but didn't manage to make good use of them. Still fighting with torches and wooden spears. If you want your character to fight, you need to keep hitting the Attack button. Of course that is likely to get you killed. If it's possible to improve the main character's weapon I haven't noticed that yet. Armour is still just a dream in the bonfire.
Good game though. I'm looking forward to getting Bonfire 2.
