Shader Model 3.0 error

Ok I have been able to play FS19 on my current laptop but for the last 2 weeks when I tried to play it it has a shader model 3 error I looked on line and was lead to believe that it was DirectX based and to fix it just change config file so that it is dx10 instead but it has not fixed it and I am wondering if any one else has had this issue and what fixed it

I wonder if that is why many recommend players delete the shader_cache files, & let the game re-generate new ones. I understand this is a common fix for some of the graphics issues in this game.

You can do a search on Shader_cache in the forums.

Tried the shader_cache option and it did not work also tried changing the dx12 in the game.xml to the dx9 and that did nothing
