Yes, sure! Because it does not get support after 2 years of development USB headsets! It has been around for 2000 years! Do I have to change my whole system! Not with me! Except Giants send us on their cost a new functioning sound system then I do not care!:fs15milk:

Hello Angulus2k, Mpedtobi, Sleeper and CdriX,

Unfortunately, the game doesn't support 7.1 surround headsets.
Please set the headset in 5.1 or in 2.0 (Stereo) audio mode.

1. Right click on the Speaker icon from the task bar.
2. Click on Open Sound Settings.
3. Click Device properties for the output device.
4. Click Spatial sound tab.
5. Select Off under Spatial sound format.
6. Uncheck Turn on 7.1 virtual surround sound and click OK.

WIsh we could get a proper reply instead of being ignored.
Are you or are you not going to fix this issue on your end and make 7.1 surround sound headsets compatible? I don't personally know the company well enough to know if they keep the community in the loop or how long it usally takes them to fix issues.

So will there be a patch for this? I would like to know that before making a decision. (If this was already answered please let me know where it was answered)

I've been waiting 18hrs and have not seen nor heard about them patching this. I am giving them 1 more day before I submit a refund.
