Stuck at loading ModHub
On the first day I could load mods from inside the game. Since then it gets stuck on "Loading ModHub". The log will end up with several entries of... "Warning: Mod-List download failed..." I've re-installed a couple times with manually clearing up leftover files and directories. I've tried all beta versions available. Disabled firewalls and updated all Win10 updates and Nvidia drivers. Nothing is working for me. I run FS17 and am able to get to it's modhub listings in game just fine.

Any other ideas out there?

Same problem here. Seems pretty common for the steam version.

I think I have figured this one out. At least for me in Windows 10. I found out that my client was refusing the SSL connection due to "Unknown CA". I had to do packet capturing to figure this one out. The solution? Add farming-simulator's SSL certificate to Internet Explorer. How you ask? Relatively simple... Two things to do.

First is to install Farming Simulators website SSL certificate.

1. Right click on Internet Explorer, (not Microsoft Edge), and select 'Run As Administrator'.
2. Browse to https://farming-simulator.com
3. Click on the paddlock icon and click on 'View Certificate.'
4. Click on 'Install Certificate...'
5. Select 'Local Machine', then click 'Next'.
6. Select 'Automatically select...', then click 'Next'.
7. Then click on 'Next' one more time. Done.

Second is to make certain TLS 1.2 is enabled. (It should be by default).

1. In Internet Explorer, go to Internet Options. You can get there with the Tools menu, the Gear icon or by typing Alt-X, then clicking on 'Internet Options'.
2. Go to the Advanced Tab.
3. Scroll to almost the bottom in the 'Settings' window and find the 'Security' section.
4. Place a checkmark in the box for 'Use TLS 1.2' and click ok.

This has worked for me. I hope others find this useful as well.

Just use the website: https://farming-simulator.com/mods.php

It seems like their site is actually having problems, I'm having a fairly hard time using their site to download mods right now. 1 out of 5 times I try to open a page I'm unable to load the page

Technical TL:DR: Install in system (not browser) certificate that is used to sign official website of "Farming Simulator".

Details: See Vir Vaerr post.

Good job, Vir Vaerr!

Hello there!
I completed all of the necessary steps that Vir Vaerr posted in his previous post. I still can't seem to get it to work though, and it's really annoying. I downloaded the certificate and made sure TLS 1.2 was enabled. Please let me know if anyone else has a way of solving this! Thanks!

Never mind, it's working now! I had to redo the steps around 5 times! For any future people who may have this issue, just keep trying to get the certificate.
Thank you so much Vir Vaerr and Eth!
