game will not save

I started three games and none of them would allow me to save and the autosave was failing as well

I might have to get a refund on this game. I cannot get an answer from anyone at giants and it does me no good to play a game that I can’t save my progress on. It’s been two days and I’m getting very frustrated.

I am having the same issue i have been trying diffrent things that have been requsted by Giant and by Focus Home Interactive but still does not work for me your more then welcome to try this to see if it works for you but I have not been able to get my game to save any files. here is what they asked me to do
*1. Run Steam and click LIBRARY.
2. Right click on Farming Simulator 19 > Properties.
3. Click on the UPDATES tab.
4. Uncheck Enable Steam Cloud synchronization for Farming Simulator 19 under Steam Cloud.
5. Click CLOSE and restart Steam.
6. Run Farming Simulator 19.

They have also ask me to
*STEAM VERSION:

1. Run Steam and click LIBRARY.
2. Right click on Farming Simulator 19 and click Properties.
3. Click the LOCAL FILES tab then on the BROWSE LOCAL FILES... button.
4. Right click on the FarmingSimulator2019.exe and click Properties.
5. Check Run this program as an administrator and click OK.
6. Open the x64 folder.
7. Right click on the FarmingSimulator2019Game.exe and click Properties.
8. Check Run this program as an administrator and click OK.
9. Run Farming Simulator 19.

For giggles I uninstalled the game and the RE-installed it also doing the above on a fresh copy Still can not get it to work I am currently waiting for both Dev and Pub to respond to the new info i sent them.

Feel free to give this a try like i said did not work for me but what you got to lose your already cant save. Also
Steam is refuseing refunds if you got more then 2 hrs of game play! I rather get the game working then get a refund. any ways good luck let me know if it worked for you!

Thanks for the info. i did try this fix and it had no effect.
i did install it on my laptop and it works just fine. but will not work on my Gamming rig. very frustrating.

Do you have anything like controllers connected to you PC? I did and i found out yesterday if I disconnected it (eventho it was not being use ) and just have KB&M it seems to save just fine now. Very strange bug but that is what I did to get my save files from not being deleted Good luck.

First run Farming Simulator 19 and reproduce the problem or the bug.
Then, please send to [e-mail] the following elements:
- A description of the problem
- DxDiag.txt file
- log.txt file
- The savegame(s)
- A link to this conversation


A. How to generate a DirectX Diagnostic Tool report (DxDiag.txt file):

1. Press the keys Windows and R from the keyboard to open the Run dialog box and type: DXDIAG
2. Click OK.
3. Click Save All Information... button.
4. Save the DxDiag.txt file and close the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.


B. How to find the game log (log.txt file):

1. Open Windows Explorer or File Explorer from the taskbar.
2. Open Documents > My Games > FarmingSimulator2019.


C. Provide the save game (e.g., savegame1 folder, savegame2 folder...):

1. Open Windows Explorer or File Explorer from the taskbar.
2. Open Documents > My Games > FarmingSimulator2019.
3. Right click on the save game folder (e.g., savegame1 folder) > Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder.
4. A zipped file containing the save game will be created.
