autofill slurry tanker

Slurry takes forever to drain into a tanker from the animal pens, so I researched and found a mod called ArtMPTO. It's a Power Take-Off generator that will power equipment that have a stand-by mode.

I tried setting a tanker in the loading zone of one of my pig pens, and attached the PTO to it. It fires up and shows the gauge of the tanker, but will not autoload the slurry. It's still telling me to press the "Start Filling" button.

Questions:
1. Has anyone successfully set up a PTO and tanker to autofill the slurry from an animal pen? If so, could you explain what needs to be done to accomplish this? Either in the game or in or in the xml file?

2. Has anyone found a tanker that will bypass the "Start Filling" button and continue to fill as slurry becomes available from the animal pen? Much like the Lizard S-710 Pickup Belt that auto collects manure as it becomes available and sends it on down the line.
