I can't USE THE mods!!!
I have the pc CD ROM version of the game but I can't USE the mods from the official website of farming sim 19. I can download the mods that are on the game and I can download the mods on the website and move them to the mods folder but the mods on the mod hub that are on the game when you purchase the game are the only ones that work!! The ones from websites won't even appear on the game or mod hub they won't show up on the list of USEABLE mods!! I have watched videos on how to get mods and follow them perfectly but it still doesn't work!! Does somebody know why???

you should rewrite the topic as you say you cant download theng o on to sya yes you can but you cant see them in game.. you say you have done everythign right but you cant see mods. maybe its not you and its the mods youve picked. remove all mods. goto the in game mod page and download ONE small tractor mod. then ONE at a time replace your mods into the folder, launching the game each time you replace one mod. see if the game works. repeat this many times until youve found the mods that cause issues and delete them.

Where is your mods folder located? And what mods have you chosen?

I go to documents+my games+farming sim 19+mods and then I move my mods over to it. I have a excivator mod, a large tractor, and a small rusted tractor.☺️

are the mods files extracted or the base .zip files?
.rar files are NOT supported so you will have to extract them first.
Also check that some guy haven't done the classic mistake of double ziping the files thinking it makes them smaller.
Yes, those exists too and will not work for your situation.

If your running on a Quad Core desktop like me thats gonna be quite tricky to choose a location for the mods folder but when done right it can be quite simple since Quad Core machines have an E disk in addition to the standard C disk try re installing Farming sim and depending on the design of ur computer have ur installation path pointed at the C Disk if its a Quad Core design if not continue as usual if its not an installation problem then attempts to Download mods can most likely result from glitches in the in-game Mod-Hub or some assclown players not posting proper links on the main mod-hub site its all i can say

what does the amount of processing cores on your cpu have to do with storing data on hard discs or solid state chips? or the location of files on those storage devices?

I was thinking the same thing.

You may have to go to StackOverflow to get into that discussion. :WTL_Cat_Slight_Frown:

Being as it sounds as though you are getting the mods from modhub, i very much doubt this would be the case (in fact i have yet to encounter this with mods for FS19) but i remember that with previous versions of FS, i did find some mods that were labled as being for the most recent version at the time, but were actually for an older version (and so they didn't show up in the game)

Sounds like the most likely answer if you're doing everything else correctly...the mods are either not for your version of FS or they are junk.

have you checked your log.txt file yet? The game is probably trying to load the mods and refusing to for some reason or another. In the log file it'll give a basic reason as to why the mod(s) aren't loading.
