Won't connect to mod hub

I haven't played FS 19 for a little while. Wanted to play some older maps. My mods are gone and I can't connect in game to mod hub. All my saves are still intact...just no mods.

To connect to the in-game modhub you need to click on MODS in the opening menu, click back, then click on MODS again.

For some reason the in-game modhub doesn't open properly the first time you try using it in each session.

I attempted several times. Finally I just re installed, then mod hub would connect.

I never get in the first time always takes 2 or 3 tries been that way since forever
