Yeh, my G920 worked perfectly in FS17 too, so it is definately an issue with the new system, one that need not have been changed at all. And if a return to center can be set up for a keyboard(like I said), then there really isn't much more coding to make it work with a steering wheel.
It's the speed at which the wheels RTC after letting go of the keyboard key - it is fast and reliable, whereas my steering wheel returns at a very slow pace, sending me off the road - at speed! I can't use my wheel at all because of this issue.
And I don't have to load up ATS or ETS2 to fix it, a simple restart of the wheel works perfectly if it becomes 'to loose' at times, this happens every second or so game starts, so one again - major issues with the mapping. I have tried to contact Giants about it but can not get a response from them. Maybe because their own branded 'plastic' wheel works fine, they don't see this as an important issue?
