Mods won't download. Need help

every time i try and download a mod, it will show up in my downloads, download, then say pending, do this multiple times, then say failed. how can i fix this?

yes i am. i uninstalled the game, and im going to try that. not downloading mods until a patch comes tp fix them

If the mod is a simple zip file you should just move the zip into the mod folder (documents/mygames/FS19/mods) If its a archive the unzip into a folder on your desktop and take the zip s and move them into the mods folder. The RAR file zips are diffrent I forgot how to do those. It should say (WINRAR ZIP archive) if it is to be a file that goes directly into the mod folder If it is a file with more than 1 item in the mod the you will have to unzip it and then put each file into the mods folder. Hope that helps. Took me a while to figure that out.
If you already put archives into the mods folder you can just drag them out to your desktop and unzip them and move the files back in.

so i uninstalled the game, reinstalled it, and without any mods installed, it still crashes every time i load a savegame.

i dont know about ur save game but i know the modhub website has been down a few times in the last week when its down u cant download mods from ingame

If your save game contains mod items like you placed such moded buildings or bought moded equipment the game might crash if it tries to load them while the mod is not installed.

You need to start a new game when you have uninstalled mods that are already in the save game or reload the mod or mods that you have used in the game. It is a problem when the game loads without the mod to support the tool that has been used in the game.
