Idea: Market Price Alerts?

Implement an in-game feature where you can set alerts for when a certain crop (ect.) gets to a specific price on the market and keep it on your screen until you dismiss the alert. Opinions?

Also if this is a thing already... let me know please lol.

You need to press one button, ONE BUTTON, to see the crop prices. You can't be that lazy, right?

Btw, that mod is present in FS17 and it may come to FS19 as well.

yeah thats so unrealistic to get a notification via some form of text informing you of price changes, if i was an internet magician i would invent this feature for real life farming, i would call it a gaggle alert


also you may have to press several buttons, one to bring up the escape menu, and then a varying amount of others depending on what screen you were on last, be an ass, but dont be a dumbass

OP, its a good idea alot of people would like and probably will be a mod soon there were similar ones in fs17 and it seems most of the endpoints required are still available for modders including the notification feeds and displaying text reading prices etc

It's a good idea but on the other hand, it takes a few seconds to go to the pause menu while you are working on a field to check prices.

its nice how if someone asks for a mod, then may be even after most of the internet ♥♥♥♥♥ on them for suggesting somethign they would enjoy, and that mod gets made, you dont have to download install or use it

Do it if you want, It doesn't bother me if you port it. If people download it then cool, i won't be losing any sleep over it. You're getting worked up over nothing.

to be honest since the patch i cant get the game to launch so im pissy and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up the forums

I'm starting to realize that I am going out of the box for a simulator but keep inmind that there are IRL alerts for stocks so I wouldn't go as far to say that it's unrealistic

In FS19 (and FS17 as well), you have alerts for Great Demands. And last i checked, FS19 isn't a stock exchange market.
