Equipment trailer?
I'm looking for a trailer I can use to cart around a small skid steer but dont see one in the shop. I want the skid steer to be able to drive right up on it.

Will I have to use a mod for this?

You'll find what you are looking for under 'low loaders' (not trailers)

Earl Grey is right about using the low loader. A couple things worth mentioning are it's a semi trailer & due to Giants broken physics you'll want to take corners really slow, otherwise any equip you put on the low loader will eventually slide off.

Giants decided to rely on Nvidia for holding vehicles on the trailer...
So as Earl Grey managed to say before somebody decided to drink him :D (Had to!)
is to use a Low Loader.
However they are notorously unreliable, only semi reliable for vehicle transports have been the IT Runners in the mod pack.
I had a widebody John Deere Combine somewhat stick to that one, and that one barely has the tires on the narrow ramp! :D

I use the Lizard Triaxle Lowloader mod, vehicles seem to stay put on it. You can download it from the modhub HERE[www.farming-simulator.com]

Well.... dang.

At least the maps aren't too big, I guess I can always just drive the equipment where I want it.

Maybe I should buy a skid steer and leave it at the store to load pallets?

Or what I got on Lone Oak, we got a pickup truck with a 5th wheel and an autoloader.
Whenever we need seed it is quick to get a stack of pallets of seed and fertilizer (Mod for bags of fertilizer and lime.)
You just drive by the pallets and it stacks them on the trailer for you, excellent even when playing transatlantic where you may run into bandwidth and lag issues.

If you're using it mostly for pallets of seed and/or fert you may want to try an auger wagon. The seed runner (least expensive auger wagon) doesn't beat you up much to lease & hold 4k of each (seed & fert). A less expensive option would be to consider a tractor with pallet forks.
