money issue

recently in my farming maps after i fix my money in my files and save it i get back into that game and farm it a few hours then quit the game and get off steam. the next time i get into that game my money is down to very little and i cannot figure out why my money is disappearing. it's my guess something is constantly running in my farming game draining my money. my older farm maps i haven't played in a while the money is right where i left it and good does anyone have the same issue and or does anyone have suggestion's of what my issue may be? thank you all farmers in advance for any help you can give me :-)

Unless you are sharing a multi-player map somehow, there will be no work done when you are off the game. What you may have is a mod issue or a corrupt file with a mod you have downloaded. I know of one mod that removes money, it could do that when you log off, or at the end of every day. I don't remember the exact name of the mod, but it is called something like "Farm Taxes" or something of that nature.

I did some research on the mods, and the mod I mentioned, called "Farm Tax Signs" removes a set amount per day in 4 increments of $100, $1000, $10,000 and $100,000. Are you playing multi-player? If so, that could be your issue. If not, well, you likely have a corrupted file on that particular game, that likely involves a mod conflict. Hope you discover the issue.

thank you for your responce and i'm grateful you tried to help me too thank you. i think it is a mod issue and it does it (now) on every map i play. i redone my money this morning on the map i intended to play when i got done playing i went back into my file for that game and the money was way down already. i ran a scan on all my mods shortly after it started and it said there was no issues with any of them so :-) i'm gonna get back in the map i was playing when it first started happening and see if there's a mod in that game that's newer to me than what i usually have and if so i will write it down then delete it from my mods and try the game without it. by writting it down i can always redownload it again if it's not the issue but yes i too think it's a corrupt file in something i've downloaded. if i ever figure it out lol i'll make sure i let you know. again thank you so much for replying and trying to help me out

You may not have to delete the mod, when you load the game with the issue, you can try to uncheck the mod in question and see if that will help. It could save you from having to possibly reload a mod or 10.

yeah i thought about this too and actually decided to just uncheck ones i'm not sure what they are. i know sometimes when you download some mods you get other things with that mod so it may be a slow process but am working on it trying to find the bad one hopefully :-)

Might want to take a look at your log also. If a mod is messing up it'll tell you.

To avoid all this, just use the Easy Development Controls mod. It's a great mod because you can set pretty much anything the way you want it.

The mod he mentions, will allow you to add or (in my case) subtract money, you can transfer ownership of fields, create crops either on the ground or in a silo, erase all vehicles, make yourself super strong, and a few other options too. I use this mod to simulate some costs being deducted from my available cash, in case I hit a car, a fence, and etc., in effect, make repairs to things that would normally be damaged by being hit by large vehicles. I don't subtract for hitting pedestrians though, because they won't/don't stop for you, and sometimes, they are a constant stream across your path.

how do i look at my log for my farming games 2019? and where do i find this mod at you mentioned Easy Development Controls mod?

In the mod download section, just hit the "search" in the main mod screen, and type in Easy Development Controls.

The log will be under "Documents/My Games/Farm Simulator 19/logs"
