Realistic mods
I like to keep my gameplay as realistic as possible with exception to my auto load bale trailer.

I am looks to get some larger plows, seeders, and planter but don’t know what sizes are realistic. Is there somewhere where I can find this info? How wide do these get realistically.

Thanks

There can't really be a general answer to this, because what size of equipment you would realistically use depends on a lot of factors like what you can afford, how powerful your tractors are, how much and what kind of farmland you're working, and whether you're doing contract work or not.

As far as the top-end equipment sizes are concerned, you have to look no further than the official game / DLC / mod contents, as those cover quite a lot of ground in this regard.
For example:
Plow
Grégoire Besson SPSL 9 (base game) -> 10.5m / 3.28ft / 20 plowshares
20 plowshares is already pretty much end of the line

Big Buds have been pulling around some 21 plowshare ones, but that's about it.
Example:

seeder
Väderstad Seed Hawk XL Toolbar 84ft (base game) -> 25.6m / 84ft
Bourgault 3420-100 Paralink Hoe Drill (Bourgault Pack) -> 30.5m / 100 ft
These are commercially-available seeder units pretty far up top.

Zells Airseeder (real-life custom) -> ~65.22m / 214ft
This should be the single largest air seeder in the world as far as I know. *But* it's a custom build, and it's in use in Australia, which has its own set of special circumstances for farming. Not something I'd use to gauge realistic mod sizes for other regions.

planter
Great Plains YP-2425A (base game) -> 18.2m / 59.71ft
Common large size, but far from the largest possible planters.

John Deere DB120 (real-life) -> 36.57m / 120ft
This is still the largest planter available, as far as I know.

Yes it was! I guess farmers do use this extremely large stuff. I was thinking big buds were just a game thing.

I will start venturing into large fields but I’m single player so not sure it will work out.

Like I said I like to keep realistic.

As far as big fields go, least another tractor and seeder and put a helper to work on the opposite end and meet in the middle.

They do, but it's limited mostly to those areas that actually have the field sizes to support them, like the major farming states in the US, Australia, or Eastern Europe.
Much of Central Europe, for example, is so densely packed that you don't have the field sizes for these things to be worthwhile.
