That is a GREAT map, I totally agree! Warning: However, it can be a bit labor intensive. Choose what you want to do carefully because there are so many options you could get overwhelmed. But you can choose your industries and keep it quite simple if time is your enemy.
Papa Smurf modding has some nice multifruit setups as well. Like Dajnet, they have a forum and produce and support the equipment needed to play your maps. Give them both a Google and pick your poison. [Or both in my case]. I use Papa's Wild West Map as I think that one is the most developed.
