my game does not respond

the problem is quite curious:

summary: most keys do not respond, some do and others work the first time and then stop working.

explanation: I start the game, at first I can move normally but after 2 or 3 seconds my character is paralyzed. I press the tab key and it takes me to my truck, which does not respond either. I press the E key and my character gets out of the truck but remains floating in the air next to the door. I start hitting keys at random without any response, until I hit shift and magically transfer to a tractor. I keep pressing keys, the only one that works is the Q key that releases the device that the tractor had but I cannot reattach it. I roll the mouse wheel and the camera zooms out but I can't get it back in. at this point the only thing that works is the esc key, when I go to the menu the map begins to shrink without me doing anything. I end up resigning myself and closing the game (I can do that normally). (During all this time I was able to rotate the camera normally).

Sounds like you possibly have some corrupted game files. Try running a File Integrity check of the game files in Steam.

But all you have to do is:

1. Right-click on the games name in Steam
   
2. Click on Properties
   
3. Next click on Local Files
   
4. Finally select Verify integrity of game files...

also in another of my saved games this does not happen

I'd also check the log for possible errors. Dunno if you are on a default map and/or using mods. Could be an issue. Other thing I was going to suggest was checking if you have a game controller that might be conflicting on inputs. The map shrinking thing made me question that, but if it doesn't happen in other saves and/or new games then it would seem like maybe your savegame is corrupted somehow? Got me heh

Pretty sure steam forums are open to the public. Pretty sure FS19 is also available on steam. Pretty sure most of their players play the game through steam and use the forum here.

I use the ravenport map and I don't have any mod. the rest I did not understand.

the other game I'm talking about is the same map, although it's on a different difficulty and was created before this bug.

because the steam forums are good and very active. It would be quite annoying for me to have to look for the official FS website and create an account there. is it forbidden to do this?
