No mans land not working
So ive downloaded the "No Mans Land" map, but when i load up the map, i start with cash, no chainsaw, no dirty car and when i go over to where the buildings are supposed to be, theres nothing there. Is this bugged? or can i fix it somehow?.

In New Farmer mode you start with a bunch of equipment and buildings and a small amount of money. In the other two modes you start with more or less money and no equipment.

The set-up you're describing is one that YouTubers make for themselves. Basically you need to start in New farmer mode, sell all the equipment you arent supposed to have. Buy a chainsaw since I dont think you start with one. Then using the mod that allows you to edit your money, you edit your cash to $0. I think the mod is call Easy Development Tools, or something like that.

OMG Thankyou so much. Ive been wanting to play it like the youtubers show, but havent worked out how. Now youve told me this, ive managed to do it all perfectly.
