-Yukon River Valley
-Pleasant Valley County
-Ricci's Hollow (not sure if/how it's different than prairie)
-Hof Bergman
I haven't played all of these, but YT has videos on them.
I'm sure I've tried a pleasant ville map but not sure. I'll look into that one
Thanks for the reply
PV County is also an excellent map for production. It's 16x so it's quite massive. Lots of fields and lots of build-your-own factories. Map sorely lacks detail but that is to be expected as focus went to gameplay and well, meticulously decorating a 16x map with 150+ products is just insane.
Ricci's Islands would be more in line with PV County since it's also a 16x map and it shares the same amount of products/factories as Hollow (Hollow, RicciVille and Ricci's Islands can all use each other's mods. Basically you just choose which of those 3's theme suits you better, as the gameplay aspect is the same).
My favorite is Ricci's Hollow (PV County would be my 2nd favorite, then Ricci's Islands as 3rd). Close to 200 products, beautiful map design and layout and OldMan frequently releases even more new products/factories for it. You can't go wrong with any of these 4 maps, they have by far the most extensive, long-term production chains around. Absolutely no other maps match them if your aim is sheer super large scale production with huge variety. Ricci's Hollow also comes with a super nice vehicle pack with all sorts of modded machinery to aid you in such large scale operations and to balance production work with farm work.
Anyone have any thoughts on that one compared to the others noted?
...
havent tryed ricci´s hollow, yukon etc. maps mention above, but i guess slovak village is good compromise in between to shaloow & too complex
"Good compromise between too shallow and too complex" is correct. Same goes for the recently released Alaska Delta Junction map.
Maps like Ricci's and PV County are overwhelming, with almost 200 products like different pizzas, meat processing, ore mines, sawmills, oil refineries, smuckers, canned food, smoothies, and so on, it's not for everyone. If you want a little taste of productions to compliment field work, then the above 2 maps would be much better as Ricci's and PV can get very, very convoluted with 50+ factories running. They'll also be less demanding to run.
I just assumed ricci's prairie would be a progression on from hollow. Seeing as you guys are saying hollow is probably a better map I'll look at that. I actually continued on prairie and started to get a feel for it.
I actually started a save on alaska delta Junction but found an issue at the gold mine stone trigger literally within my first 30 mins of playing. I was gonna wait for an update and delve back into it.
Think i'll swerve pv county and yukon due to playing SP all the time. Found yukon overwhelming.
Looking forward to FS22 with production chains from the start and seasons. Fingers crossed it delivers
They are so nice though.
PV County has tons more products and factories than Yukon (a nice little thing of PV is that some of its factories have detailed custom interiors that you build part by part), so yeah it is overwhelming, although I love it for SP long-term saves where I always have things to do and work towards. But that's just my taste of course, PV and Hollow can easily give you 1000-2000 hours of play time.
Any of these maps will pretty much require (IMO) the use of AutoDrive and FollowMe at a minimum. Once you start mapping out routes you can multitask fairly easily.
When I got in the game, the screen look like dimmed dark, can't move - can pan around with mouse. But I can hit ESC once, after that it just stuck in dimmed dark and can't hit ESC to menu or quit.
I'll go back to Trello and see what else I can download.

Updated, yeah, it got fixed. Wish that they'd be more clear with what need to be added. I kind of missed that part. (shrug).
