Square balers are larger, more expensive, and more power-hungry. On the other hand, they're faster and more efficient than normal round balers, because they can work without stopping (round balers have to stop to unload, unless you're using a special version like from the Vicon/Kverneland DLC), and their bales can be stacked more easily, efficiently and securely than round bales.
Like Harv said, you can get a fork for some kind of loader tool, like a tractor front loader.
Alternatively, you can also get an automatic bale loading wagon like the Ursus T127.

You only need to wrap grass bales if you want to turn them into silage bales.
Mods with AutoLoad are a good choice too, if you are not have the patience to handle the bales with a frontloader (but it's fun :-) ). AutoLoad also supports you during unloading. Afaik there are two versions: UAL (Universal AutoLoad) and EAL (Easy AutoLoad). Iirc, UAL was the older one in FS15/17, while EAL is used in FS19. Their functions are pretty similiar.
There some great mods out there, that use AutoLoad, the "Fliegl BPT Pack" by HoFFi for example. Also worth a look is the huge collection of front- telescope- and wheel-loader tools from the "CSZ set". And finally there's the "Straw Harvest Addon", that also has some nice bale handling tools, and it was released for free for FS19.
Have fun. :-)
1) How to move with the fork attached?
I have bought new tractor with fronloader, fork for roll-type bales, however if I attach everything together it allows move only forward and backward, seems generally impossible turn the tractor to sides, I was not even able transport it back to farm.... how to control this?
EDIT: ok figured this out, the frontloader is controlled by LMB and RM for lif it up.
2) Guessing trailer and loader could be both replaced by bale collector like RBM2000? it is not even so more expensive after all... What is difference between RBM and RBMPRO? There is no single characteristic different in description... yet they are visually different same as price.
3) I get the difference between square and round but I still dont understand the power consumption effect - ok, let say compare LSB 1290D and QUADRANT 5300FC - it cost some 50k more and only supposed difference is in power consumption... what it does?
4) How I recognize what tractor will be sufficient for the equipment/job?
5) If I plan keep the equipment long term - what is betetr - lease equipment or borrow money for buy it?
2. I don't know those vehicles.
3. i don't know the Quadrant, so i can't tell.
4. You can look at the horse power, When it has more than you need for your implement, it's fine. Has it less HP than needed, you may lose work speed.
5. Buy it. But expand not too fast.
There is no difference between the square balers, it's just the different brands and stuff, it makes no gameplay change in game
The RBM is slightly faster because it uses a simple bale skidder where the RBM PRO uses a robot arm.
Other than that, there is no difference in terms of gameplay.
In real life, the RBM PRO uses a lot of more complex components (robot arm instead of bale skidder, rollers instead of a simple chain-drawn pusher) that minimize risk of damaging bales, which makes it a better option for handling wrapped bales without damaging the wrapping.
There is no difference. Both are square balers and work exactly the same in the game.
The different prices and power consumption are probably because of some real-life features that are not simulated in the game.
It's usually enough to compare the power needed by the equipment with the engine power of your tractor. If you have at least as much as is needed, your tractor can usually handle it.
For trailers, larger / heavier tractors are usually better, as they can pull larger trailers with heavier loads.
For frontloader work, you have to find a compromise. Small tractors are more maneuverable, but the larger tractors can lift and handle heavier loads better due to their own weight and engine power.
All tractors can mount heavy weights to the back to balance out excessive weight on the front loader.
I made my decisions and went for ssquare baler and autoloader after all which conventially works.
Now just bit bothers me the quests - very first day I got quest for harvest big Conola field for some 14k with borrowed equipment - it even finished way before I unloaded alll harvest and I was able sell part of it for myself so I got over 20k from it.. second day I now take fertilize big field for 28k! (though it seems I need spend maybe half for fertilizer it will be still big profit)...
Trying maximize gains from own fields by collecting hay now seems be bit pointless in comparison...
