Also on a different note, I will never understand why people recommend sites like farmingsimulator19mods when downloading off the mod hub is perfectly fine. The mod hub supports the creator instead of putting money in the back pocket of who ever owns sites like that.
Seriously could people please not link to that website. It's not an official site for downloading mods. It just steals and re-uploads mods.
If you want to download Global Company use the official links only in these forums:
https://www.farming-simulator.com/mod.php?lang=en&country=gb&mod_id=137078&title=fs2019 - That's Giants Official ModHub
or
https://ls-modcompany.com/filebase/file/482-globalcompany/ - This is the developers own site.
I think anyone posting a link to a non-official site or source on these or any forums should be insta-banned by moderators, as linking to these scumbag sites just allows them to get away with stealing and profiting off more mods.
e.g. the global company is on v 1.6.0.1 on their own site -- but on modhub it's only 1.6.0.0
Saying that, I do agree, should use authors own site or modhub... Personally I just wish it had a steam workshop as well, but not everyone uses that, so I kinda like the modhub and getting them while in game (just wish the modhub screens were quicker / better sorting etc.
Modhub doesn't have as huge a selection of mods as many other sites do. Yes mods are uploaded to some of these sites via bots but that doesn't mean they are all "stolen mods" As far as banning people for linking these sites thats just absurd. Most of my mods come from other sites and not the official site as they don't have many of the mods I like.
