Vehicle Handling?!
What the hell happened? FS17 vehicles were so easy to control. Now it feels like I am moving on ice and not on field.

I actually like the new handling, makes it feel more realistic and heavy. The only gripe I have is getting used to the new steering.

The acceleration is much better than 17, much more realitic imo and gives you much more control.

Let me guess, playing with keyboard and mouse? I am having the exact same issue. WTF happened to auto-centering the wheels?

Not having an option to enable/disable auto-centering of stearing for mouse/keyboard users makes gameplay very, very, very frusterating!

Adjust the "Steering back Speed" in the control menu. The wheel only centers once you start moving I think.

I was just travelling down a long road, tapped A button by accident and yes, my harvest skidded around like it was on ice, it did a 180 in a second so I have to agree. There is no way IRL a harvester would spin on a dime like this did just now.

FS19's pickup trucks handle more realistically than FS17 but the tractors seem the same to me, although I don't like the slow-turning wheels (and only a setting for steering "back speed" release snapback). Oh and the camera sensitivity is still too slow--even at 300% (silly German dev using over 100% instead of just tweaking the scale correctly in the UI).

The controlls are very bad and jerky even on a Xbox one gamepad, did they even try the game before release? I miss the controlls from FS17

Is this in-game or on the main menu screen? reason why I ask is because I only have mouse sensitivity listed there.

*EDIT* Nvm, found it. I was playing around with the tutorials to see if my pc will run it ok with max-ish settings. The setting is only available if you start an actual game.

Anyway, thank you for pointing that out!

Thanks. After changing it from 50% to 100% controls feels much better.

I agree, I like the new handling to a point. I think it'd be great if they'd included sounds of transmissions shifting etc. It would tie into the new delays in starting and stopping.
