Add in a warthog and assigning all those keys, i mean, if you have the patience why not.
I don't find the game is particulary great with these inputs. I'd personally only bother if they properly support VR this time, but judging by their every 2 year release the game barely changes at all.
However, I recently set up my wheel for other Games, and decided to download 17 again in participation with 19's release, and I must say, I've been missing out for sure. It has added so much more to the experience, especially with TrackIR of course.
The downside is sorting out your Key Bindings, as there are so many options to bind, and the fact you A] can't do so ingame, and B] they really should be categorized...
Although if you want to just test it out, forget the Keybindings, and just see how you find using the Wheel.
The setup felt not too far removed from the John Deere I used to drive a few years back, albeit a little less refined.
Space is the only enemy.
Nice! I might look at setting up my Saitek Joystick as well then. I've currently just been using the Analog Stick on my Controller for Hydraulic Systems.
Really hoping Giant considers FFB support as part of an update
