Slow = large field = more money
I'm assuming you want more money for a fast mission. There are some maps that pay a higher rate but slow and fast always equate to field size and money.
Let me try that now and see if it works, I have yet to grab mine and don't care about getting it legit.
<fieldJobMissionCount>100</fieldJobMissionCount>
<fieldJobMissionByNPC>100</fieldJobMissionByNPC>
I didn't even have to do a mission, loading up the save file gave it to me right away. Its a cheat but beats grinding it out if you are in it just to have it done.
And you must be a special kind of moron to think yourself so high and mighty that you need to call out someone for "cheating" in a single player game, people can play how they want. Mods could be considered cheating to the right kind of idiot. I offered people a way around the need to grind out 100 missions. Go pull that stick out of your butt.
