Biogas plant price

Hi, i recently started doing silage so i wanted to buy the biogas plant, however i saw that it cost over $500.000 and thought i would do some research, i then saw many people on youtube who could buy it for around $140.000. i play on farm-manager mode, and i´m not sure if that has anything to do with it. So what im asking is does anybody have a fix for it?

The price for the BGA alot from one map to another.In Ravenport it cost more than 769.000 and in some map it can be as low as 80.000.It is the same with the silage price.In Ravenport (and Fellsbrunn) you get 360 for 1000 liter but in other maps it can be as high as 900 on normal economy.On hard you only get 200 in Ravenport.What mode you play on does not matter.The only real difference between the modes is how much money you start with.Everything else can be changed in the settings

Prices of everything is set by the map maker. If you like the map but can't deal with the prices of essential lots then you can edit the xml files to give you enough money to buy them. Many maps don't have an ownership policy to use the BGA (and it i not for sale). I find the 'buy the BGA' requirement to be dumb from start as that is not the way it works IRL. Someone usually owns the BGA and you get paid to supply them with chaff or silage. I'm sure there are BGAs that are co-ops but I can't imagine that the price of buy-in would be so high.

Yeah, but i forgot to say that i´m playing on Felsbrunn, and it is also there i´ve seen many people buy it for the $140.000

They might play at a version in which the mapDE_farmlands.xml in FarmingSimulator19\data\ is different from current version one.

In the currunt version xml, the BGA farmland has a priceScale=4. That is:
<farmland npcName="NPC_DE_02" priceScale="4" id="3"/>

While they probably have a priceScale set to 1.

That actually adds up perfectly, my price for the BGA is exactly 4 times their price, But i cant find my way into it, i have not downloaded the game via steam, but through the official giants software site, and im not sure if that could matter?

Just pay the money lol. You can make loads of money with it so why worry about how much it costs. It's no fun if it's too easy :)

Yes it is better not change any files because it is not only the BGA that cost less but all fields so it would be easy to expand your farm and it just get boring.If you want a cheap BGA there is a mod with a placable BGA plant (I do not now how much it cost).
