dumb question on dondiego.... I know I can plow over the dirt roads but, and I know i can buy the concrete roads and it seems like I can plow over em.... but the road doesn't change..... so Im assuming the concrete roads are set and I cant mess with em at all?

So there are two types of roads painted roads and spline roads. The painted roads are just a ground texture and can be changed with plowing or painting (IE dirt roads). The spine roads are actual objects which cannot be removed. (IE paved roads). Now dont confuse a painted concrete road with a spline road. IE there is a concrete paint that can make it look like a paved road but all it is is paint. Also the AI will treat spline roads as objects and will stop work when they get close to them.

a costly but optional route is to raise the dirt over the road so the road is burried. and then plow that dirt into a field.

as to the OP's question about large flat maps, Nebraska Lands. It does not have the forestry that dondiago has. But the map feels just right for farming.
