and yes the AI is not great but with a few small hitches it works mostly for me
I just wish it had one of two things;
1: A ball hitch.
or
2: A pipe that could be raised.
As there are plenty of ball hitch trailers that would fit it that have a good capacity.
And those would be un-needed if you could just pull the cane trailer it does have a hitch for IF the pipe could be raised a bit.

In FS19, I use the multifruit mod of the Kinze 1051 with the Krone forage harvester. It will attach to the Case cane harvester. I've yet to harvest cane in FS19 but the wagon will allow the harvester to turn if both machines have their pipes out - not perfectly, though Other multifruit auger wagons might be a better fit...

Should be on other mod sites if you don't want to download from that one, just search by name of the cane harvester, Then compare.
Only difference that I can see is the increased engine power over the standard Case cane harvester - useful if you wanted to haul a mega load 100k+. Other than that I don't see anything else on this one that'd make things easier, but I'm probably missing something...
Though I have noticed that you gotta stay away from hills with anything over 1/3 of the capacity. So the upgraded engine power would be useful if you play on a hilly map. But for me, I play on the 'FS17 Platinum' map so it's not such a problem.
On my test save game I could hook up to a semi trailer using a dolly, the pipe cleared, looked like it would just barely dump into the front of the trailer however so don't know if it would work... I don't have any cane growing so can't actually test it out.
But with the coming 1.3 patch. I think I'm good with what I got for now. Updating to new versions of mods is kind of a pain.
But thanks to every one for the info/help.
Yeah well, I still prefer the auger wagon over the cane trailers, but I'l give the trailers amother go. I'm just about finishing planting cane in Ravenport #4 and I'll definitely give this other harvester a go with the modded Kinze 1051 and the trailers.
I guess I like to be more on the realistic side, could see pulling a dump style box behind a cane harvester, the modded auger wagon would never work IRL. Wouldn't get more than a couple stems up the auger before it plugged. Silage either, bridges up too much in anything like that.
On youtube I swear any video of a cane harvester the conveyor is higher up than the FS 19 one is...
And that is one of the points I was trying to make as well with the biggest cane tipper being the only one with a compatible hitch. But forget turning because of collision issues.
