I think it's just aesthetic.
I had two barns, one with each kind, and they produced the same amount of milk and fertilizer.

In Real life.
The Brahman Cow is bread specifically for the quality of the meat
and the Jersey cow is used primarily for milk production. If I remember
right that is, but i could be wrong.......... In this game, im not sure of any
differences in cow types and productions.

Yes, that's right, Brahm for meat and Jersey for milk, but in the game does not change, produce the same amount.
Brahmam was introduced in the DLC Ranch Lapacho, and at the time was just a way to put a cow that was part of the scenery.

Only the spelling.

One thing worth of note. Brahman are used as dairy cattle in climates where typical dairy breeds would do poorly, particularly warmer climates such as South America and Africa.

You cared enough to make a comment, pheasant. Any one who didn't care would carry on browsing.

There is a cow breed mod available that introduces different milk quantity based on breed, and meat stock too. Google that for a more interesting bovine experience. Sadly there are no Pheasant mods that i know of.
Ignore any Pheasants posting is my advice any bird brain adding nothing of worth is ignore material, good luck.

I always thought that a Brahman was a bull but they seem to breed too 🤔

I thought also there was a difference in the outputs from the various breeds. Some produce more milk, others more manure, etc...

I had different colors of chickens as well as pigs. I noticed that in the esc/pause menu they were listed separately and the time until a new animal popped up was long for both of them. I got rid of one color and replaced the same number with the other color and the time until new animal was halved.

They still do everything else the same, but they don't share the breeding timer.

For the cows, someone made a Youtube video of this. They had two pens set up, fed the same, watered the same and had the same amount of straw down (all at 100%). They found that the production between the two were pretty much identical. He had a few of each color, so I'm not sure if the breeding would show differently if they were all of the same color.
