if you want to strap down vehicles, check mod websites. i know there is at least mods to strap down all front /wheel/ tele loader tools. as well as there being mods to strap down the forklift and telehandler.
idk about combines an stuff, which are the ones causing most problems, since the flat bed trailer giants provides is not actually wide enough to transport it without it flying off, every bump you drive over.
There is other one mod (called Iconiks Guide to Strap It) that you can attach to tractors and harvesters, but you have to create it through modify file (isn't it called XML?) which I have no knowledge how to use it.
But that sucks....
i used to be pretty handy in editing the XML files of the farm sim games. but for some reason when ever i edit a XML file in FS19 the file just stops working (even with C++ edit) so i cant use some of the mods i would use in the older games either, like gearbox mod. for which you have to edit XML file, i cant get it to work in FS19 not on modded vehicles or on the vanilla vehicles.
i too wish Giants would make the game a little more of a simulator like it has in the Title. and add stuff as manually operating the CVT, and strapping down vehicles to trailers.
but its not going to happen because in this day and age ive found people are perfectly fine with games that have simulator in the title, not being actual good simulators. like they used to be.
and so realistic things, like manual transmissions, actual force feedback support, strapping down vehicles, and having to get out the tractor to manually attach implements and trailers. are never going to be part of the base game, these things have been mods since FS08 and Giants has never made any shred of effort to make some of it part of the base game, even when they are highly requested features by loads of long time players.
