harvesting soybeans

so i planted soy beans in my fields and it wont let me harvest them, i have a header that works with them but it still wont let me harvest...... am i doing something wrong??????????????

Only thing I can think of is they are not ready for harvest or you're using a mod that broke it. Some mod maps have buggy fields.

Also you can't harvest in the rain if it's raining.

- Is your harvester strong enough to use the header? Does the shop list the header as compatible with your harvester? What harvester and header are you using?
- If you're using seasons, the crop can't be too wet (but there's a decent error message telling you this if that's the case, so likely not the issue)
- You sure you still own the land? :D
- On the map, does the field show in ready to harvest color?

i have the harvester tx 32 and im using the powersteam500 header
idk if i have seasons on or not

the map shows its ready to harvest but its in the orange

but while on the subject of soybeans are you able pick up the stuff that comes out of the back of the harvester if so with what?

No. You can only collect straw on wheat, barley and oats when your harvester is not set to shred/spread it.
