Report a translation problem
It involves editing the Items.xml file in your savegame folder. I don't remember the specifics but it involves editing the position and rotation parameters for the placeable.
Moving your house? Maybe not.
But a dog house or the pressure cleaner should definitely be moveable objects.
My answer was "in game" not editing the xml file. If you feel froggy, go for that.
From what I have seen or heard it may be in the next patch in which you can edit maps (for in game fee). If you wish to try it then go check out the Beta Branch.
