Mods in multiplayer
I wanted to add some cars mods to have fun with my friend in multiplayer as the 2 existing cars arent entertaining us enough and my question is, can I somehow play with mods in multiplayer, and how do I add the mods?

Basically both people need the same mods. If you use the in-game mod hub, if the host adds mods, anybody joining will be promoted to download them.

If you use external mods, you place the zip file into the focuments / mygames / fs19 / mods folder (check for malware) and give your download link to people wanting to join.

Don't forget to enable the mods when starting the game.

Make sure the mods are from the same creator / download site and the same version number. You might have to re-download the mod, sometimes a glitch during the download can create the same problem.

@the thread op.

If you'r getting mismatched mod load warnings when attempting to join a MP session, the mismatch is in the mod hashtag. Once a mod is created/uploaded, it is assigned a unique hashtag identifier number. Also, there may be several different versions of the mod floating around, each one from a different author, again, with unique hashtags.

You and anyone else that joins your MP game, need to have exactly the same mods in your respective mod folders. This means that you all need to download them from exactly the same website, or all of you use ONLY mods from the Giants Modhub.

This will ensure you all have the same mods, with no mismatches.
If you intend to host many games, get in the habit of keeping a list of the mods you're using, and the website links to their download.

Keep this in a simple .txt file, that you can share with your friends.
