Get a chainsaw, cut it down. Cut it up and haul it away to dump. Or rent a chipper and chip and sell the chips. Then rent a stump remover and remove the stump. Chainsaw is cheap to buy, stump remover is very cheap to rent.

cheapest way is to buy a chainsaw $1,000. cut it it to little bits that you can pick up and throw into one of your tipers and take to the saw mill. then lease the ST 65T stump grinder. $100. grind the stumps down. If you already have a frontloader you can buy the log forks $800 for it and then cut the tree into large chunks to hual to the saw mill.

chainsaw the tree into little pieces. throw them into a trailer and sell at the sawmill. rent a stump grinder for your tractor, grind the stump out and return the grinder. That is the minimal cost tree removal. OR, get the Giant's Editor, learn to use it, and delete the trees. Your choice. :)

EDIT: 3 people with virtually the same answer at the same time. LOVE IT!

Personally, I think dealing with trees is a pain, so if you feel the same way I recommend this mod.

Yea I love the bruks. used it for some major tree clearing. But if all your doing is 3 trees.....Bringing a tank to a knif fight.

I really hate trees.

That Bruks mod makes land clearing easy, even if you do what I do, salvage the trunk as a sellable log, chip the rest of the top, grind stump... Have to cut down the tree with the chainsaw as the Bruks would eat the whole thing but some trees no point to messing around with.

The newest version you don't need to cut down the tree. It cuts the tree, chips it and grinds the stump. I love it.

Yep, mines the newer one. Only reason for cutting down the tree before hand is if you want to sell the good part of the trunk separate. Otherwise just have at it with the ol' tree eater.
