Slurry storage
Ok I am trying to have fun with this game and I was getting there when I relized that for reasons I can't even comprehend I found I have no means of storage for my slurry.
I know we had those big round tanks that would usauly be connected to the pens back on fs 17 but now all we have is an overflow valve and no idea of how much it can hold.
Im also not sure that when this so-called pit is full , then do the pigs and cows just stop producing slurry...not verry economical!
When running a BIG succesful animal farm one needs heavy duty "LARGE" storage for SHI-T
( pun intended)
So Im reaching out to the DEVS and to community modders......HELP......if any can.
Im still learning how to mod mysef .
But I need this yesterday.
Thanks
Happy farming.

Yes when the slurry and manure pits are full they stop producing it until you use some of it. Was same in 15 and 17.

Thanks Willow:
Do you know how much those pits are supposed to hold?
I have been affraid of stopping production on slurry/milk & manuer so I have been selling it off to avoid that!

800k is the max it can hold. which is enough to do around 80 acres of spraying.

So it doesn't give a amount of slurry in tank or at least a %? Wow FS 13 did that at least... (Didn't tell you the cap but could guess by actual amount in tank, and what % full it was.)

You can spread it on your field as a stage of fertilizer. Or you can sell it to the BGA for a small profit. The BGA also produces digestate as a byproduct, which can then be spread on the field as a stage of fertilizer.
