You did something wrong in one or both of the xml. It could be anything in those files...

so what could it possibly be? followed all the online instructions to covert a mod over from fs17 to 19

check the game log, it will give you the errors and warnings.

Cant find anything wrong with the mod description to my knowledge, maybe im missing something? But also on another note does it matter how many mods you have downloaded to the game to affect performance of game itself, like running speed?

does anybody have a converter they use to convert the mods?

I converted my mods manually, tho I started a project back in beginning of January, and I am still not finished :/

The amount of mods usually just slows the game down when loading it for the first time. It should not impact performance while playing. (Unless you have a lot of scripted mods running etc.)

So scripted mods are the ones that are downloaded to the game? Can you walk me though what i need to do to properly convert a mod, im pretty good at computer stuff and should be able to figure it out if i have a basis to start with?

it just seems as far as downloaded mods it makes the game lag somewhat...

No, scripted mods are mods which use a LUA file to (mostly) change the way something works in the game. (And they are the ones also downloaded to the game) You need Giants Editor, and NotePad++ (Is the easiest to use NP++) Set the shaders correctly for all the objects in Giants Editor. And adjust the XML files, to work with FS19, take a look at the basegame XML files for a reference. Or search on YouTube, since there are some nice and handy tutorials for the problems and questions you have. :)
