Storing Prtatoes and Sugar Beet
If I cant store potatoes and sugar beet in the grain silo, where can i store them?

Anywhere, just dump them on the ground. You will need a conveyor belt or front load to pick them up again.

...or use a silo mod.

There's no actual storage place for those in the base game. You'll need a mod if you want to store them in a silo or something similar.
