Cotton Bales

Would like to know what others are using to pickup and stack cottons bales with. I find the 2 bale trailer a bit useless. So I have the PJ trailer I use for loading up with fert/seed. Might it be possible to use the Wheel Loader with the pallet forks to load these cotton bales onto the PJ? I doubt the Telehandler is sturdy enough.

Wondering if there will be a weight issue. Each bale is 20,000L so having many more than two on your truck may be too much considering the hills on the starting maps. Those 10,000L modded fertilizer bags overload any trailer I've tried them on. Worth a try though.

Thanks Challenger. As I am on dedicated server, it would be a pain to get several people to download 3rd party sourced mods (some are just not bright enough). I have found the wheel loader and pallet forks to be stable enough. Though, the PJ seems a bit wobbly, especially with 8 cottons bales on it! Fun to haul though lol.

and for hauling Cotton bales, i use multicolor version of Lizard Module X (since i like to have choice regarding colors),

With that harvester above, it takes quite a while before getting 1x bale, removing the issue of transporting several bales.

The New Holland wheel loader with the big silage fork works really well for a cotton bale.
Put them on a flat trailer.

Trailer = 2x flatbed bale wagon without extensions (the modhub one) hooked together. Each wagon holds 7 bales (five loaded perpendicular, two loaded parallel on top). The wagons have straps which while they won't show around the cotton bales, they still work.

Load = Largest loader tractor you can find with heaviest counter weight you can find and wheel weights. I use a tractor to load the wagons because they are faster and can pull the bale wagons around the field. The NH wheel loader does not have a hitch that works with the bale wagons. I use the bale fork on the loader.

Unload = Wheel loader with pallet fork. If the price isn't right, I stack them up around the spinnery. I will probably buy more wagons in the near future and just let them site on trailers until time to sell.
