Pallets getting stuck on forks

Anyone else having trouble with pallets getting stuck on forks? The bags in the metal frames do fine but anything on a wood pallet I have the hardest time getting off of my forks.

yep. lift it high and angle it down, let the pallet slide off.

theyll probably fix it someday. probably.

Or try banging it against something. If it's a transport mission, just take it to the drop off while stuck on the fork.
If nothing else works, reset the pallet fork.

The forks are very odd in this game. In FS17 they were made of butter and everything slid everywhere. In this one they seem to almost be made of super glue, and you have to sometimes point them straight down and give them a shake to get the pallets off. I've also had pallets slide off with the forks facing up when I'm not even moving! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hopefully they do something with it. I preferred the forks in 17 even if you would throw a pallet halfway across the field if you weren’t careful. Once you got used to it it wasn’t too bad.

Just a plain old forklift works the best, IMO

I used to have problems with this but no longer. Firstly, I only ever insert the forks in the side without the lower strip of wood. Secondly, I make sure the forks are dead level and don't touch the pallet until I raise it up. It is finicky but since I started doing this I've no problems getting the pallets of the forks.

I use the logfork duo with tension belts for logs, pallets and bales. Kinda cheating but nothing gets stuck or bugs out. In my mind one of the most useful mods ever made for FS. http://www.modhub.us/farming-simulator-2019-mods/stoll-log-fork-duo-v1-0-0-0/
