You didn't set the cruise to 1 km/h?

Nope. suddenly it goes to max speed again, after a few secs down to 0-2kmph.
When this doesnt happen, it just says "Helper stopped by unknow reason"

This can happen due to a bug where the combine lowers the header to much, and it gets caught on the ground. This causes the combine to slow down considerably, and if it gets slow enough, the worker will quit because they are "stuck"

you can try using the 41 foot header, supposidly it has less issues, or people have posted a small code change that you can add to the xml files to fix the issue.
Are you using a MOD, try turning the MOD "Combine Experience" off if you have it, I think it is that one that is causing the combine to go slow.

It's just one of so many issues that are still not fixed yet. And it's exactly that behavior on Giants side, why i don't buy any "new" FS again. Their #wontfix list of FS19 issues is longer than my leg. Did we learn our lesson? I did.

I had this problem with a different harvester on a map that had dynamic mud built-in. I edited one of the map's files to comment out the Dynamicmud.lua line then the harvester worked fine. Don't know if I would have had the issue with other harvesters - didn't try. The problem might have been that I was using the More Realistic Handling mod (FS19_REA.zip) on a map with Dynamicmud. Maybe a compatibility issue or one compounding the effect of the other there - not sure, I didn't investigate further, but if so it would be an example of how mod conflicts might be the issue and not the vanilla game itself.

I also had this problem on another map for a completely different reason. The problem there seemed to be with using a particular header on a different brand harvester. It seems that when lowered on this harvester that header would be catching the ground anywhere the ground curved upwards, even ever so slightly. Replacing that combo with a harvester and header of the same brand solved it. (And that's probably not unrealistic at all.)

If it's a header height problem with that setup, would "Tool Height Control For Harvester" help? https://forum.giants-software.com/viewtopic.php?t=175068 they mention "CR90x0 and the 45ft" issues.
