We play on a dedicated server and my gf doesn't have any problems
On singleplayer I can play it on very high, with constant 60fps if there are no other vehicles around, if I do drive around my garage it won't drop below 30 fps
We are both based in Central Europe, the same as the server.
Thx for your time Sigmund

For instance the above picture will cause stuttering on the server for everyone when you interact with it. There is no difference if you are the only one on the server, or if there are 10 people on the server. If you leave the trailer alone for a bit the stuttering will go away. If you pull up next to it, or bump it, the stuttering will come back. You can get the same problem when hauling a bunch of logs around.
I believe the issue is the game is trying to process more physic interactions then it can at a single time lowering the sim speed.
One thing to note during this, FPS remains a solid 60, and connection remains a solid 30ms during this stutter. This is on a dedicated server hosted by Nitrado.
Disabling V sync might help, but than you gotta face tearing. And FS games are famous for that(tearing was pretty horrible in first few English streams before game for released).
I am currently using Adaptive vsync(regular one, not the other one which will halve your FPS), which seems to work the best for my 60Hz LCD. FPS stays at 60 and there is no tearing and drops are minimal.
However I did find that if you disable the Steam Overlay for this game, the stuttering goes away.
In my testing, I can observe the stuttering the most when on foot and keeping my view locked to a vehicle and simply just running around it as I am looking at it. Thats where the stuttering is most visible. But then I tried disable the Overlay and then did the same test, and it is extremley smooth!
But there has to be another way around this right? Does this mean that the Steam Overlay will introduce micro stutters to all games played on Steam?
The only one thing I am wondering is I have my game on an SSD but my Steam Client is installed on HDD, this is where the Steam Overlay also resides. So I am not sure if it would even matter if both Steam Client and game are installed on the same drive if that would have any effect.
Regardless...anyone having stuttering issues, tell me if disabling Steam Overlay fixes stuttering for you.
(Right Click Game > Properties > Untick "Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game")
I tried two things so unsure which one helped.
Firstly I disabled the steam overlay.
But then I noticed my ram was running really slowly.
I just upgraded to a ryzen 3700x processor so I went into the bios and sped that back up to 3200mhz.
If you have a ryzen it might be worth checking because infinity fabric speed is tied to memory speed. These processors are so damn fast that if you have a setting that's not right it can really hurt overall speed.
I'm also seeing this game hit the hard drive a lot. Particularly when harvesting and that without fail would start the stutterfest.
i tried all suggested comments and none worked
