Report a translation problem
*Most* buildings can be removed if you look under your garage area (where it shows you what equipment you own). In here, more then likely twards the end, you will see the misc. buildings, or "decoration buildings" if you will. It is here where you can sell them to get rid of them.
Now, I say *most* because some objects (like the junk cars and other junk) are actually part of the map itself and can not be removed/sold unless you use something like a map editor.

While this is true for the buildings that can't be sold, I must caution using an editor to remove items. If you delete an item in a map editor that can actually be sold in game, or delete something that is vital to the map, you can end up with a map that is no longer playable.
Now, I am not saying you shouldn't do this, I am just saying that extreme caution should be taken if you do decide to do this.
