Mod wise theres a mod hub in game (where it says mods). Theres some one other site's but my personal on this (from what I've heard from other modders which I trust) is that if its not from the Giants modhub dont touch it. Some people may dissagre but it their/your choice at the end of the day
Yeah not sure what your on about here as I've had to download Giants Editor off the GDN website

That should be what you are looking for.
Mods! As others have said use the ingame mods, easy enough, pick the mod you want, let it d/l, then when you go to your game, the mod loader comes up, check the mods you want loaded, and hit enter.
Outside mods there are a lot out there just be careful wher you get them some contain viruses and malware. Modhub (google) is probably the most trusted mod site, mods are rated and categorized to make it easy to find what you want. When you find one you want to try, d/l it, move it to you documents/mygames/FarmingSimulator19/Mods folder. The mods come as a Zip file DO NOT OPEN IT, simply place it in the above location and then use it just like the other mods in game.
I hope this helps!
