Game loads to black screen then crashes

I am fairly new to this game and LOVED it. Until I came home to find that it doesn't work. It goes to a black screen and crashes. Every. Single. Time. I looked up ways to fix this. They say to delete the shader_cache or delete the game.xml but the thing is I CANT FIND THEM! I have looked for them for well over a few hours. Help me. I just want to play my game...

if you have mods then take them out first and start it up and if its works then its a mod that is the problem and then you have to put them one by one til you find that mod/mods that crash your game happend to med too

I do not have any mods installed... Also. I have uninstalled the game 5 times. Anything else I should try?

Navigate to documents / mygames / fs19 and delete the shadercache folder.

Sorry to hear that my friend... It happened to me before... There is a solution.
I can explain how to find the shader cache files if you haven't been able to find them. Do you have discord?

Okay I found a way to play the game. But, you won't be able to play online. Okay. Right click on FS19 in your library. Click on properties. Look for the tab that says BETAs on the top of that page. Now you will see a dropdown bar. Click the drop down bar and select BETA 1.4 ~~~ Then click the "X" to close that application. Now click play game and you should be able to continue farming. The only limitation is you cannot play multiplayer or have mods. Sorry if this is no help. But please give feedback

Did you try deleting the shadercache folder? It is a very common fix for blackscreen on start.

If you looked at my header. It would say that I cant find the shader_cache folder....

Here is the file path to your shader cache folder: C:\Users\yourusername\Documents\My Games\FarmingSimulator2019
Then look for the folder named shader_cache in the FarmingSimulator2019 Folder.
