Hired workers not working
Help me please. I have fs19 and well recently my hired workings have been broken. Giants won’t do anytbing about it so I have to take this route. When I try to hire them on any map
Or mod vehcials or anything they set the cruise control to 0 and then go no where. Help plz l

Mine don't work either, whenever i hire a worker and then try to dismiss them the game freezes. and for me it only freezes when i put a worker into the case cotton harvester.

I noticed some vehicle that will not work on certain map. Pacific map, issue was on crop protection vehicle. Other map - cotton harvester. But everything else worked fine. weird.

I would say it's bug.

Yes it’s just annoying I asked giants for help then had me send me my log file and then was like whoops sorry we can’t help you anymore sorry

Make sure that the field you put the workers on is yours. For what kind of job you use the worker?

Also, reinstalling is also a good idea. Another way is to delete all files from Documents > MyGames > FarmingSimulator19 and directly launch the game again. Mods and savegames will probably gone, but everything in the game should be refreshed and would work fine

Also, workers only can do this jobs:

- cultivating, plowing or any other ground works
- seeding
- fertilizing or spraying
- harvesting
- mowing grass, tedding grass, making swaths

I have only had problems with hired workers (and CoursePlay) when on a field that I plowed into existence from several sub-fields. On Lone Oak map I bought and combined the three fields across from the main farm--#32 is one of them--and I have to do everything manually. Hired workers will seed and fertilize, but won't spray pesticide if the field has been fertilized, even in the next season phase. CoursePlay on this new field locks up the game no matter what task I'm assigning. CoursePlay works seamlessly on every other field.

AI can also, only drive in straight lines. Sometimes they can't even do that well. If the dev cared, they would make a usuable ai helper.

For me, it's also both cotton harvesters, and the same on many DLC maps. I also use courseplay, and when setting a course with a cotton harvester that has a work width of 6m, Courseplay views the vehicle as 3m and only allowed field work option. This shows me the game is incorrectly identifying the vehicle and causing a slew of errors if you try to let the game drive the vehicle for you. It breaks.

You can drive it yourself all day long and it'll work fine, but AI is screwed on the cotton harvesters. GL Giants. There's some new Farming Sims coming to the market with even more realism, so I'm probably going to jump ship anyways. With Giants announcing they're not making a FS21, and their lack of attention to fixing their game's bugs, I believe they're pretty much bowing out.

Helper working Everytime that have nothing to do with the game.

I have 16 Fields with a Size from over 60 Hektar and on every Field i have Workers Aktive.
1 Worker collect the fruit the second worker make the field ready for new fruit and the 3 worker bring out the new fruit and this to the same time on 16 Fields

So its an Game Error on your Game.

I’m quite sure it’s not a game error. Probably an object is in the way or the worker just don’t know what to do.

I've had issues with helpers doing tasks in multifunction vehicles, like the weeder. They will perform its primary function no problem but if I enable a secondary function and try to assign a helper it will just keep saying task completed. Other than some sometimes derpy pathing decisions, that's the only real issue I've had with the helper ai.

I was having the same problem. After removing the "Tow Bar" mod, the problem was resolved.
