But I'm making same experience - from time to time suddenly keys are unassigned. Also in the log binding warnings appear.
In the end it seems to be on Giants: In FS19 you cannot set the same keys for different mods and functions. In fs17 it was possible - in FS19 mods should have unique key-bindings to avoid conflicts.
*Update: In my case it seems to be Autoload mod - no keys set in-game ( not visible / empty settings ), but in inputbinding.xml there were settings. The log-file showed several warnings.
