Multifruit Maps and Seasons
The phrase "Seasons Ready" has become a a term of frustration as far as maps go. Lots of maps wear the label because they feature a snow mask and some foliage effects. It's pretty, and really helps sell the effect of a physical, natural place.

Multifruit maps are not cooperating, though. Seasons does support non-vanilla crops, treating them like barley as a default. Problem is, an onion is not a barleycorn. If the map maker doesn't include Seasons crop data with their map, it results in some very funky growing seasons.

Truly Seasons Ready multifruit maps are proving difficult to find. Geiselsberg has been the only one I've found so far with its own crops.xml file to provide growth data for rye and triticale. Every other map claiming Seasons readiness I've seen thinks onions make a suitable winter cereal.

If anyone knows of another multifruit map with its own crops.xml, a decent guide to making and adding one myself, or some other important information about Seasons and geo mods I've missed and am a big dummy for missing, I'd love to hear about it.

Well sudhemmern map ( http://www.farmingsimulator19mods.com/sudhemmern-seasons-v4-0-fs19/ ) is a good option. A big season ready multifruit map. Im enjoying the map as well. No bugs or lags on it.
I've got that one. Beautiful map, but there's no crop.xml in it.

Not sure if you are interested in doing map editing with G.E. editing .xml files. Y.T.V. listed below are very helpful by shyWizard. Very detailed guides.

It's not the cosmetics I'm worried about, it's the gameplay. Seasons turns FS19 into something of an agronomic simulator. If multifruit crops aren't properly integrated into the simulation with a crops.xml file, they're little more than a white elephant.

I would be happy to add the new crops myself into a geo mod if I knew how. I've edited the US Midwest geo mod to change canola to an oilseed and cotton to a grass, but that's about as far as my expertise has progressed.
